This file is mandatory under the Department of Employment and Labour's directive, in accordance with the Disaster Management Act and its availability shows that the employer is complying with the directive in these respects.

COVID-19 screening checklists to be used for daily screening of employees against COVID-19 symptoms.

COVID-19 mandatory appointment letters to ensure that responsible persons are appointed to implement, control and enforce the COVID-19 prevention programme.
