This e-poster is intended for all employees within an organisation, who need to have access to a copy of the OHS Act.
WHY IS THIS E-POSTER IMPORTANT?
This e-poster is important because the OHS Act requires every employer to have a copy of the OHS Act and its Regulations available on their premises. This must also be made available to employees within the organisation. By having this e-poster, an organisation can make the OHS Act freely available within the organisation and thereby comply with legislation.
